JaiHari’s Sunday morning's Kundalini class at 9 will work a sequence designed to help you tune  in more clearly to the voice of your innermost guidance.
 
In February, Kristin begins a four-week series focusing on organ health and their associated emotions in her Tuesday evening Yin Yoga classes.
 
Kristin’s class on Tuesday, February 7 is entitled: Yin Yoga and Internal Organ Health: Gently face your fears. The class will target the kidneys, a major energy storehouse, and an organ connected with the emotion of fear. Common fears such as that of failure or of the unknown will be released through this gentle, balancing practice.
