After more than twenty years of yoga practice in styles ranging from Iyengar to Kundalini, Jennifer received her 200-hour certification from the Kripalu School of Yoga. She was drawn to Kripalu's dedication to personal transformation and witness consciousness. In addition to simply helping people feel better in the here and now through quieting the mind and stretching the body, Jennifer desires to help others use yoga as a source of self exploration and healing while discovering the inner teacher we all posses.
Jennifer brings many aspects of yoga to her own life as a published author, academic administrator, and mother of two kids, Bella and Tobey.
