Prenatal Yoga
6 classes, Sundays 2--3:30 p.m.

Registration is required.
The cost is $65 if you register before the first class; $80 if you register at the first class.
We will not be extending per class or student pricing for the series and classes will not be open to drop-in students.
 
This 90 minute prenatal class taught by Abby Burns (due in May with her 2nd baby), is designed to aid mothers during the natural yet sometimes challenging process of accommodating the needs of the shifting and evolving pregnant body.
 
Utilizing specific yoga postures and meditative practices, this class will relieve stress, strain and anxiety as well as cultivate physical strength and mental peace to carry you through pregnancy and labor.  In addition to attention to the body and mind, time will be devoted to discussion of the many questions and topics that surround pregnancy and parenthood from a welcoming and supportive perspective.
