This series is 4 consecutive classes, the first class always starting the first Sunday of each month. The next course will begin Sunday, January 8 at 5:30 p.m.
Prenatal Yoga will be Sunday afternoons from 2-3:30 p.m. February 12 —March 18. More information about this class will be available soon.
The next course will start on March 25. The class runs on Sundays from 2:00-5:00. Space is limited and registration is required.
