Is the fastest growing style of yoga in the United States, and literally means "flowing with grace." It is a hatha yoga system that focuses on correct alignment of the body, while offering a heart-centered approach to the practice. Taught from a life-affirming philosophy that looks for the good in ourselves, others, and all situations. Each practice is a celebration of life!
Level 1 – For students new to Anusara yoga. Introduces the basic principles of Anusura yoga, and covers basic poses and breath work.
Level 1/2 – Is a more rigorous practice and more challenging poses are introduced. Strength & stamina will be cultivated.
Mixed Levels - Suitable for the experienced beginner to the advanced yogi. Fundamentals will be covered and refinements given to help deepen your practice at whatever your level of understanding of the Anusara method.
If you've never done yoga before, please start with our "Brand New Beginners"Series on Sunday evenings, at 5:30 p.m.
The Saturday Anusara Flow class is a full-spectrum asana class designed to help you dance with the life force energy and flow with the breath. A working knowledge of the Anusara method is helpful, however all are welcomed!
*Note: Becoming a certified Anusara yoga teacher is a rigorous and extensive process. As you move through the study, you move from Anusara Influenced to Anusara Inspired to Anusara Certified. This process can take many years of intense study. All of our teachers have completed Anusara teacher training, and are studying towards future certification.
