Brand New Beginner Series


Our January class begins on Sunday, January 8 at 5:30 p.m.
This is an open and on-going class designed for people who have never done yoga, or  have had very limited exposure. The class curriculum is designed to cover all the major yoga poses, so that by the end of the series, a student will feel comfortable and confident taking any All Levels or Level 1 yoga classes at Heartland. Each class will provide handouts of the asanas (poses) to take home. We will also introduce meditation and discuss some general philosophical ideas of yoga.
