5:45--6:45 p.m. 
 
  • Class will begin with a 40-minute practice addressing the common aches and pains of the week through Anusara Yoga® Therapeutics.
  • Then we'll ease into 20 minutes of restorative postures and guided meditation.
  • The class will end at 6:45 with healthy, delicious snacks.
